PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a managing method of a building capable of easily communicating information among an owner and an agency, extremely shortening a processing time for preparation of various documents at both of them and enabling both of them to share the documents. SOLUTION: Homepages for management of the buildings are created by every building by the owners and the agencies receiving orders of cleaning, maintenance, failure countermeasure, paperworks, etc., of the buildings and used by them for the management of the buildings. The owners of the buildings create frameworks of the homepages and the respective agencies create the homepage by adding outputs according to the contents of the received orders and inform the owners of the work completion. In addition, the contents of abnormality are uploaded on the homepages in the case of generation of the abnormalities of the building. Furthermore, the homepage are updated whenever contract details are changed among the owners and the agencies. |
