PURPOSE: A carbon heater is provided to use a carbon heating element at home at a low voltage and a low temperature. CONSTITUTION: A carbon heater comprises an inner copper pipe(110), an outer pipe(120), a tap(130), and a carbon(140). The inner pipe(110) is of 25 cm and the outer pipe(120) is of 20 cm. Both ends of the outer pipe(120) have open parts(121). The carbon(140) is inserted into a carbon accept cylinder(142) formed by the inner and the outer pipes(110,120). The tap(130) is for stopping the open part(121) of the outer pipe(120) and made of aluminium or copper. The tap(130) includes a tap plate(132) having a diameter as same as the diameter of the circular open part(120), and a flange around the tap plate(132) for surrounding outside of the inner and the outer pipes(110,120) at the open part(121). A pair of electrodes(141) are pressed on the carbon(140).
