Area A40c of inlet cross-section, being product of lengths of perimeters of all inlet holes and channel height h measured perpendicularly to cross-section of all inlet holes in this channel, is greater than area A42c of outlet cross-section in channel which is product of lengths of perimeters of all outlet holes and channel height h measured perpendicularly to cross-section in channel. Valve, particularly valve nozzle for fuel injection systems of internal combustion engines, has spray disk with at least one inlet hole and at least one outlet hole. Spray disk is made solid, with several functional planes forming the disk. Area A40c of inlet cross-section, being product of lengths of perimeters of all inlet holes and channel height h measured perpendicularly to cross-section of all inlet holes in this channel, is greater than area A42c of outlet cross-section in channel which is product of lengths of perimeter of all outlet holes and channel height h measured perpendicularly to cross-section of all outlet holes.
