PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rental service system and its method by which one can make a contract for plural communication means as one room and use them with a plain procedure. SOLUTION: A user makes a contract for a room using a room contract means 11. Meanwhile, the room contract means 11 stores identification information of the user and room management information in a room information storage means 21. When the user makes communication by a bulletin board and the like, a room usage means 13 sets limits to the use of the bulletin board and chat facility on the basis of the room management information received from the room information storage means 21. The room information storage means 21 stores the identification information of the user, room management information and the rent for a room for each room. A rent collecting means 22 collets the rent for the room at established intervals on the basis of the amount of the rent that is received from the room information storage means 21.
