PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contents distribution and utilization method and a system, capable of conducting flexible distribution control by selecting the optimum distribution method and distribution sorting. SOLUTION: A client sets an order rule which is a rule of the distribution and utilization of contents set by a user for each contents, transfers it to a center, and the center receives the order rule; applies the utilization rule set previously by a contents holder to the contents requested by the user; conducts the control of contents distribution and the formation of a contents format to the order rule and the utilization rule; distributes the contents format to the client and controls the utilization of the contents of the user, based on the contents of the contents format received by the client. |
