<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally reproduce decoded voice data by a minute frame from a source voice positions corresponding to reproduction positions, respectively, by dividing the decoded voice data into minute frames, and determining the reproduction positions for every minute frame with a reproduction position function obtained by the time integration of a reproduction speed. SOLUTION: The voice reproducing device is provided with a voice buffer memory part 9 to make the decoded voice data 7 correspond to the source voice position 8, and temporarily store them, a reproduction speed control part 2 to generate a reproduction position signal 10 that indicates a reproduction position calculated from the reproduction position function and the period pulse 11 of a minute frame, and a counter part 12 that receives the reproduction position signal 10 and the period pulse 11 of a minute frame, and then outputs reproduction voice data 14 in which the decoded voice data 7 in the voice buffer memory part 9 is normally reproduced only by the cycle T of the period pulse 11 of the minute frame from the source voice position 8 corresponding to the reproduction position.</p> |
