PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain information regarding a handling method and to easily inquire a fault. SOLUTION: A computer 4 which reads and edits stored information in a storage device 5 stored with handling methods regarding articles and information regarding faults by the articles and performs storage control and an inquiry terminal 1 that a user operates are connected through a network to permit an inquiry about a handling method regarding an article in the storage device 5 and further reads information regarding faults relating to the inquired handling method out of the storage device and then download them to the inquiry terminal 1 successively to the inquiry. Further, the computer 4 generates an inquiry history based upon article information, stores it in the storage device 5, and issues information regarding the faults as a prescription to the inquiry terminal 1. |
