<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game information providing system by which a game performance is enhanced, and an information storage medium. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a game information generating part 111 for generating game information, a judging part 115, a mail generating part 117 and a transmitting/receiving part 190 for providing generated game information to a portable telephone 200 and obtaining selection input information of a player. An E-mail generated in a mail generating part 117 is transmitted to the portable telephone 200 with a selection right among the pluralities of portable telephones 200 through the use of the transmitting/receiving part 190. The judging part 115 judges whether application to a limit exists or not and the game information generating part 111 generates game information which indicates that the player with the selection right at the point of time when the limit is applied loses the game.</p> |
