<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save a casting work, and at the same time, prevent procedural mistakes from occurring. SOLUTION: An arm mechanism 20 for transferring a ring, and an arm mechanism 30 for transferring a crucible are slidably provided along the same guide 27. Then, a ring mounting base C, a ring baking section G, a crucible mounting base D and a casting section H are arranged across the guide 27. When the ring is set on a vertically movable base 44 by the arm mechanism 20, the vertically movable base 44 ascends, and the ring is housed in a baking furnace 41, and a wax is incinerated by heating. In the meantime, the crucible is housed in a container 50 by the arm mechanism 30, and the melting of an alloy ingot is performed. When the alloy is molten, and the baking of the ring is completed, the ring is transferred onto the crucible in the container 50 by the arm mechanism 20. Then, a lid 60 is closed, and a pressurized casting by inverting a chamber is performed. After the completion of the casting, the ring and the crucible are returned to the original mounting bases C and D by the arm mechanisms 20 and 30.</p> |
