PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic dealing system using the Internet and its method capable of executing credit screening and dealing record relative to a newly joining enterprise. SOLUTION: A mediator 3 executes credit screening of a distributor 1 and a buyer 2 registering to a Web site in advance, and judges whether participation of the distributor 1 and the buyer 2 to the Web site is to be admitted or not based on the execution result. The distributor 1 or the buyer 2 whose participation to the Web site is admitted by the mediator 3 registers a sales request or a purchase request on the Web site, and nominates a successfully biding trader by himself. When the successfully bidding trader responses to receive the sales request or the purchase request, the mediator 3 preserves the purchase- and-sale record on the Web site and publishes a purchase-and-sale contract document of the dealings. |
