PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of online settlement using the Internet, to enable a member store to reduce contracts and the running cost by reducing prepared settlement means, and to enable a settlement mediator to reduce contracts with the member stores and the transfer charge. SOLUTION: A settlement division trader (settlement division terminal 31) is put as a mediator between the member store (member store terminal 11) and the settlement mediator (settlement mediation terminal 21), and the settlement division terminal 31 uses an ID of the settlement mediation trader as a settlement certification ID, to thereby have a division function of the settlement mediation trader for settlement, and summarizes the settlement of the plural settlement mediators with which the member stores contract, and accumulates settlement information of the plural settlement mediators (total member store sales DB 318), to thereby enable vicarious collection to the member stores. |
