PURPOSE: A leasing service method and a system are provided to rent uniform and standardized homepages and goods/contents to SOHO owners, to operate and manage them through an integrated operating model and marketing, and to distribute a portion of the earnings. CONSTITUTION: An Internet server(11) drives a main homepage operated at a leasing system and each homepage rented to each enterpriser 24 hours. A homepage manufacturing unit(12) automatically manufactures homepages to rent to enterprises. An interface unit(13), or a CGI(Common Gateway Interface) server, supports interfacing between Internet users connected with the Internet server(11) and enterprises hiring homepages. A homepage modification unit(14) enables an enterpriser to modify the configuration of his homepage. A control unit(15) controls the operations of each of the components of the leasing system. A database(16) stores data necessary for the operation of the leasing system, such as information for each enterpriser, goods information, data for sales and profit distribution, etc.
