PURPOSE: A method for developing items is provided to carry out item development at a low price by making members participate in the development of an item and to distribute the stocks of a company established on the basis of the item to the participants if the development of the item is completed. CONSTITUTION: An incubation company selects an item to develop(10). The incubation company announces the contents and details of the selected item to members(20). If volunteers, who want to participate in the development of the item, are secured(30), the incubation company organizes a development team, based on the secured participants(40). The incubation company proceeds to the development of the item, operating the development team at a minimal initial cost. If the development of the item is completed, the incubation company distributes the stocks of a new company, established on the basis of the item, to the participants(50).
