PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toxic gas treatment sheet and a method of manufacturing the same having a large contact area between photocatalyst particles and toxic gas, and having improved mechanical strength and mass-production property. SOLUTION: The sheet comprises a first layer 5 and a second layer 6 laminated with each other. The first layer 5 contains a PTFE 3 containing the photocatalyst particles (TiO2) as a bonding material and the second layer 6 contains a PTFE 3 containing ceramic particles (SiC) 2 as a bonding material. Further, the second layer 6 contains an FEP 4 having a melting point lower than that of the PTFE 3. A preliminary calendered sheet of the two layers are overlapped, calendered to a predetermined thickness and burnt at a melting temperature 300 deg.C of the FEP 4. |
