PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately convert individual character strings according to the genre of documents when the text information stated on a homepage is converted into the speech. SOLUTION: A call accepting means 1a accepts the call by a telephone 3 from a user. A speech recognizing means 1b recognizes the speech of the user sent from the telephone 3. A homepage information acquiring means 1c acquires the corresponding homepage information when a request for accessing the prescribed homepage is made by the speech recognizing means 1b. A keyword extracting means 1d extracts the prescribed keyword included in the homepage information. A permutation means 1e permutates the character strings associated with the keyword extracted by the keyword extracting means 1d to another character strings. A speech converting means 1f converts part or all of the text information subjected to the permutation of the character strings by the permutation means 1e to the speech. |
