PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide small-sized continuous vulcanizing equipment for a rubber hose, reduced in its installation space, having a simple structure and low in equipment cost and running cost. SOLUTION: The continuous vulcanizing equipment 22 is constituted of a heating furnace 24, the vertical rotary body 26 housed in the heating furnace 24 and having a vertical shaft, and a drive device for rotationally rotating the vertical rotary body 26 around the vertical shaft. The vertical rotary body 26 is constituted of a plurality of the vertical bars 36 arranged along the circumferential surface of the rotary body at a predetermined interval in the peripheral direction of the rotary body, and the upper and lower annular frames 32 and 34 for fixing the upper and lower parts of a plurality of the vertical bars 36 to hold the vertical bars. An unvulcanized rubber hose is continuously wound around the upper part of the vertical rotary body 26 on the outer peripheral side thereof by the rotation of the rotary body, the wound hose 10 is transferred downward under its own weight, and the vulcanized rubber hose 10 is taken out from the lower part of the rotary body. |
