SOLUTION: A middle dot pulse PS3 being generated from a driving signal generating circuit is formed of a trapezoidal pulse signal comprising a third charging element P9 for elevating the voltage from a lowest potential VL to a second highest potential VH2 at a constant gradient, a fourth hold element P10 for holding the second highest potential VH2 over a specified time determined by the period of characteristic vibration of the pressure chamber, and a fourth discharge element P11 for lowering the voltage from the second highest potential VH2 to the lowest potential VL at a constant gradient.
