PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device for a groove, capable of improving the machining accuracy, reducing the manufacturing cost, and shortening a lead time. SOLUTION: This cutting device comprises a machining device having a spindle 16 rotating on a predetermined rotational shaft and supporting a work piece 11, and a grooving tool 19 having a cutting edge for forming a groove 15 on a surface of the work piece 11.
