PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meter-rate charging system for a contacted article, where the rental fee is paid according to time, during which a contracted article has been actually used. SOLUTION: This system is provided, with at least a contracted article having an inherent Internet address means, a memory which stores the using time and an internet connection means and with a use information collection means which is connected to the contracted article via the Internet and collects and accumulates the using time data for each contracted article. Thus, the prescribed rental fee accordant with the using time spent in a prescribed period is collected from a user for each contracted article. |
