PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gift merchandise order reception and delivery system capable of significantly reducing the labor of a gift shop, while attempting to be convenient to a gift merchandise sending side customer and a gift merchandise receiving side customer. SOLUTION: When the personal computer 3 of the gift sending side customer inputs data (including a message) inputted in an order form to a data transmitting and receiving part 11 via the Internet 2, these data are inputted to a data managing part 13 and displayed on a displaying part 16. The gift shop side confirms the displayed data of the order form and transmits return mail, when the order can be accepted. Meanwhile, when the personal computer 4 of the gift-receiving side customer inputs data inputted in a merchandise exchange application form to a data transmitting and receiving part 17 via the Internet 2, the message is automatically displayed in the message column of a merchandise exchange application form on the screen of the computer 4. The gift shop side confirms the displayed data of the merchandise exchange application form, displayed on the part 16 and delivers the merchandise by a desired delivery date. |
