PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interaction providing method, system and its device that can provide interaction to a video image independently of its kind and form. SOLUTION: On the occurrence of an event, a physical video feature quantity of a received interaction video image is extracted and acquired (processing 11). By making this video feature quantity matched with a physical video feature quantity extracted from a transmission video image being a real video image, which frame of the transmission video image subjected to the authoring a frame of the video image received on the occurrence of the event corresponds to is identified (processing 12). An action is retrieved from the authoring information set and stored in advance with respect to the transmission video image and the action is executed (processing 13). Thus, the frame of the transmission video image is identified at a designated time on the basis of video information itself without using the time information of the video image to provide interaction to the received video image.
