<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the performance of a mobile telephone device where a transmitter and a receiver, comprising decoupling capacitors respectively, are attached on the same substrate, by realizing a low-inductance capacitor using a thin-film technology and attaching a plurality of feeder terminals on the same side of the capacitor. SOLUTION: On a substrate 1, there are provided electrodes 2 and 4 and feeder terminals 6 and 7 of a decoupling capacitor, a high-frequency circuit 8, a DC source 9, and conductive tracks 10 and 11. A dielectrics 3 is provided on the electrode 2 while the electrode 4 is provided on the dielectrics 3. A protective layer 5 is provided over the entire surfaces of the electrode 2 and the substrate 1. The high-frequency circuit 8, the DC source 9, and the conductive tracks 10 and 11 are provided on the protective layer. The high-frequency circuit 8 is connected to the decoupling capacitor and the DC source 9 through the conductor track 10. The feeder terminal 7 and the conductor track 11 connect the decoupling capacitor to a ground 12. The feeder terminals 6 and 7 are provided on the same side of the decoupling capacitor.</p> |
