<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sleep promotion equipment by which blood vessels in the peripheral part of a sleeping person (7) are dilated and, in the meantime, wastefull heating to stop-off heat radiation from the peripheral part is not performed. SOLUTION: The sleep promotion quickening equipment (10) is arranged in a sleep capsule (4) and provided with a temperature sensor (18) detecting skin temperature in the foot part of the sleeping person (7), a heat source box (14) stored with a Peltier element (11), a temperature conditioning box (19) covering the foot part of the sleeping person (7) and a controller (17). The controller (17) controls the heat source box (14) to keep the skin temperature in the foot part of the person (7) at 34 deg.C.</p> |
