<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a molding having good appearance quality and a strength of the same degree as that of a molding formed only a thermoplastic resin. SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing the molding using the thermosetting resin comprises the steps of comminuting a thermosetting resin to comminuted resin, and melt kneading the comminuted resin of the thermoplastic resin with the thermoplastic resin to a pellet having a predetermined particle size. The method further comprises the steps of setting the pellet as a core layer resin, to a first injection unit 12, and setting the thermoplastic resin having compatibility with the thermoplastic resin of the pellet as a skin layer resin to a second injection unit 13. The method also comprises the steps of thereafter operating both the units 12 and 13 at predetermined timing to obtain the molding of a sandwich structure in which both side faces of the core layer made of the core layer resin containing the comminuted resin of the thermosetting resin between the skin layers made of the skin layer resin.</p> |
