<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape having sound insulting performance which exhibits a sound insulating effect by winding it around a hot water/water supply tube and is suitably used in the piping technique according to the so-called sheath tube system, particularly having a hot water/water supply tube inserted into a sheath tube and is easy to operate the insertion of the inner tube wound with the tape into the sheath tube and, at the same time, does not pollute the working atmosphere. SOLUTION: In the piping having an inner tube inserted into a sheath tube, the tape having sound insulating performance in use is wound around the outer peripheral surface of the inner tube, and has a lubricant layer laminated on at least one surface of a sheet or film having elasticity and a film laminated on the surface of the lubricant layer having been laminated on the above sheet or film.</p> |
