<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack suitable for a backup power source of various types of electronic equipment by solving thermal problems in a secondary battery and making the size compact. SOLUTION: This battery pack has a secondary battery group formed by connecting a plurality of cylindrical secondary batteries 1a in series and/or in parallel and arranging laterally in a plane these secondary batteries and forming in a flat block; and an electronic circuit for controlling the charge of the secondary battery group, and the arrangement surface of each secondary battery is interposed between two radiation plates from the both sides, each radiation plate is brought into contact with the peripheral surface of the secondary battery, the electronic circuit is positioned at the edge in the arranging direction of the secondary battery, and each radiating plate is exposed to the outside and supported with a case 4 in which the electronic circuit and the secondary battery group are surrounded from the peripheries and integratedly housed.</p> |
