PURPOSE: A heat exchanger of refrigerator is provided to improve efficiency of heat exchange by expanding contacting area between air and a refrigerant pipe. CONSTITUTION: Dimples(24) are formed on a surface of a refrigerant pipe(22) with heat exchange fins on the surface thereof and through which refrigerant flows. Surface area of the refrigerant pipe is expanded by forming the dimples on the surface of the refrigerant pipe. A point where separation phenomenon between the refrigerant pipe and air occurs is behind the point where the phenomenon occurs when a periphery(26) of the refrigerant pipe is smooth because of vortex generated due to the dimples to expand contacting area between air and the refrigerant pipe.
