PURPOSE: A grounding contact apparatus for a circuit breaker is provided to suppress repulsive force between grounding contact points when an abnormal current is applied, and perform quickly and stably grounding operation. CONSTITUTION: A grounding contact apparatus(10) comprises many fixing grounding contact members(11) for electrically connecting each phase(8) of load to vacuum breaker(5), a rotating support axis(13) arranged front and rear of the case(3), a grounding trip position contacted to the fixing grounding contact members(11), many movable grounding contact members(15), an actuating arm rotating with the rotating support axis(13) in one body, a grounding trip spring member(23), a driving axis(25) in which one end part is arranged at one side of the rotating support axis(13), and the other end part is arranged at external of the case(3), and a power transfer unit disposed between the driving axis(25) and the rotating support axis(13).
