METAL PLATE SOUVENIR OF HIGH DENSITY

PURPOSE: Provided is a metal plate souvenir of high density which uses minute particles to generate image on a metal plate so that it shows reproduction effect of image with high density. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the metal plate souvenir of high density comprises the steps of: (i) digitalizing wanted image including letters and storing at a computer(S100); (ii) converting the image into a half-tone image(S102); (iii) printing the half-tone image to a transparent film(S104): (iv) coating glue including hardener and sensitive emulsion on the surface of the metal plate and drying(S106); (v) compressing the printed image film to the metal plate and exposing to light(S108); (vi) heating glue for proper rusting(S110); (vii) using impregnant to corrode the surface of the metal plate for forming about 1,000-1,600 dots per cm¬2 on the metal plate(S112); (viii) coating paint on the corroded metal plate to obtain the same image as the printed image on the film(S114); (ix) sanding to obtain wanted surface luminous intensity(S116); and (x) coating a protection film to protect the surface of the metal plate with image formed(S118).
