PURPOSE: An LED lamp is provided to form an LED lamp device by using a multitude of LED(Light Emission Diode) lamp. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of LED chip(2,2') is formed on both sides of a printed circuit board. A plurality of predetermined pattern(3,3') is formed on both sides of the printed circuit board in order to form control circuits or driving circuits of the LED chips(2,2'). A plurality of drive device or control device(4,4') are mounted on the predetermined patterns(3,3') in order to drive the LED chips(2,2'). The LED chips(2,2') are bonded on the printed circuit board by using a plurality of wire(5,5'). A plurality of through-hole(6) is formed on the printed circuit board. A plurality of conductive layer(8) is connected with the predetermined patterns(3,3') and the LED chips(2,2'). A plurality of female terminal(9,9') is inserted into the through-holes(6,6'). An LED lamp(10) is formed by a molding process using an epoxy resin.
