PURPOSE: A blackboard with an electronic display device for moving images is provided to enable a detail and intensive lecture by allowing a teacher to freely utilize a large of data shown through a transparent plate of the blackboard. CONSTITUTION: The blackboard comprises a plate(10) formed with a center recess(12), a frame(11) coupled to the rear side of the plate, a transparent plate(13) to be fitted into the recess of the plate, a roll screen(20) constructed at the rear side of the transparent plate to be driven by a motor(23), and a display device(30) installed at the rear side of the roll screen. A half of the roll screen is a transparent screen portion(21) and the other half of the roll screen is an opaque screen portion(22) having a color same with that of the plate.
