<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell which is suitable for measuring the infectivity titer itself of HIV-1 virus, can be applied to many clinically separated stains including not only T-tropic HIV-1 but also macrophage-tropic HIV-1, enables the rapid, simple and profitable measurement of the infectivity titer, and can rapidly treat many specimens. SOLUTION: This animal cell can express a secretory reporter protein by the infection of HIV-1.</p> |
