PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoforming method using a resin plate, low in molding proper temperature capable of shortening a molding cycle and good in moldability. SOLUTION: The resin plate is obtained from a styrenic resin composition which contains a continuous phase of a styrenic copolymer based on a styrenic monomer and a vinyl cyanide monomer and a dispersion phase of a graft copolymer obtained by the graft polymerization of the graft branch of the copolymer based on the monomer mixture system with a rubbery copolymer and is characterized in that Mw (weight average mol.wt.) of the styrenic copolymer of the continuous phase is 140,000-200,000 and a ratio (Mz/Mw) of Mz (average mol.wt.) is 3.0-10.0 and an Mw/Mn (number average mol.wt.) ratio is 2.0-3.0. This resin plate is heated to 110-170 deg.C to be subjected to blowing and stretched in a draw ratio of 2-7 times to be thermoformed to manufacture a thermoformed product. |
