PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of accurately grasping and evaluating a personal character on the basis of questions and answers utilizing network communication. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a question data communicating means 1, an answer data communicating means 2, a timer 3 and a time data communicating means 4. The communicating means 1 transmits question data related to questions to the personal computer C2 of a student (2nd entity) E2. The means 2 transmits answer data related to the answers of the student E2 to the personal computer C1 of a company (1st entity) E1 while making the answer data correspond to the question data. The timer 3 measures the answering hours of the student E2. The means 4 makes time data related to the measured hours by the timer 3 to the computer C1 of the company E1 while making the time data correspond to the answer data. |
