PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a means for checking the overlap medication of a patient handled at a plurality of drug stores lacking in the conventional practice. SOLUTION: Drugstore computers 1A, 1B,..., 1N, provided respectively by many drug stores, edit medication information by drug stores which include attribute data and prescription contents in each patient, on the basis of the medication basic data of a visiting patient and transmits the medication information by drug stores for sending the edited medication information to a head office, a head office server 3 collects the medication information by each drugstore, edits distribution data including a list of all drug store patients limited to patients who are currently taking medication, and a drug store receives the distribution data from the head office, before starting and retrieves whether a visiting patient is included in the distribution data one by one, namely whether the patient is an overlapping patient. If this is a case of medication overlapped patient, the drug store requests the detail of his prescription contents to the head office, and the head office transmits patient detailed data by a fax, in response to the request. Thus, overlapped medication about the patient handled by a plurality of drug stores can be reliably checked at the store in the case the store belongs to a group. |
