<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic sheet feeding device capable of correcting a position by once stopping a sheet at an image reading position or in front of an image forming position in simple constitution. SOLUTION: This automatic sheet feeding device is furnished with a driving motor free to reciprocally rotate, a register roller 16 arranged at the image reading position or in front of the image forming position, carrier rollers 12, 13 arranged in the upstream of the register roller 16, a first one-way clutch to transmit rotation in one direction of the driving motor to the carrier rollers 12, 13 and to idle rotation in the opposite direction and a second one-way clutch to transmit rotation in the opposite direction of the driving motor to the register roller 16 and to idle rotation in the one direction, the driving motor is rotated in the one direction when the sheet is fetched from a sheet table and a head end of the sheet is carried to the register roller 16, and the driving motor is rotated in the opposite direction when the head end of the sheet is carried toward the downstream from the register roller 16.</p> |
