<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To list-up only a code related with the aged when the patient who sees a doctor at his or her own expense can be the target of health insurance for the aged. SOLUTION: This device is provided with at least a patient data file in which insured examination/private examination sections indicating whether the patient takes insured examination or private examination and general/aged sections indicating whether or not medical costs should be calculated based on health insurance for the aged in the case of the private examination are registered for each patient and a master file in which the designations of medical actions and the scores of the insurance are at least registered. Then, the medical actions suitable for designated conditions are retrieved from the master file, and list-displayed on the input screen of medical actions, and the medical action desired by a user is selected from the list so that the medical action can be inputted. When the patient sees a doctor at his or her own expense, and the patient is the aged, only the medical actions related with health insurance for the aged are retrieved from the master file, and list displayed.</p> |
