The room (100) has at least one first visual focus (110) with a fixed position and at least one first chair (113) arranged to direct the attention of a meeting participant towards this visual focus. At least one second visual focus (140) is provided and at least one second chair is arranged to direct the attention of a participant towards this visual focus. The chairs and visual focuses are arranged so that participants can only look at one of the visual focuses at any one time.
