PURPOSE: Provided is a plunger for intramuscular stimulation which separates the plunger and a needle conveniently as necessary so that it saves cost by reducing the number of the unnecessary plunger. CONSTITUTION: In the plunger which comprises a cylinder(20) which includes a needle guide hole(23) and a binding hole and a needle fixing tool which includes a feeder(33), multiple fixed pieces(35) and a male screw part(36) to bind with a needle tightening hole(37), the plunger for intramuscular stimulation comprises the parts of: a feeder for inhibiting rotation(24) which is configured inside the cylinder; a "C"-character holder ring(26) which is placed in a circular form inside the feeder through a waist insertion part(25); a rotation inhibition part which is inserted into the feeder to enable straight sliding and disable rotation; and a suspension groove which is configured in a circular form on the rotation inhibition part to combine with the holder ring.
