PURPOSE: A cellular phone having a mirror is provided to form a semitransparent plate on a front side of an LCD, to combine with a mirror function, so that a user can play various games while the LCD is turned on as well as see the user's face while the LCD is turned off. CONSTITUTION: A coating layer is formed on a semitransparent plate of a cellular phone by coating a mixture obtained in combination with aluminum, nickel, and manganese and by making a front side of an LCD of glass or transparent plastics. The semitransparent plate is formed on the front side of an LCD screen, and becomes glass when opening the cellular phone or pressing a button.
