PURPOSE: An active damper valve for a hydraulic suspension is provided to make the size of orifice converted with one control valve and to produce damping force by changing the structure. CONSTITUTION: A damper valve(40) is connected to a jounce-hydraulic hole(33) and rebound- hydraulic hole(34) to make fluid flowed from a jounce valve or rebound valve side flow, a check valve(35) installed in the jounce-hydraulic hole and rebound-hydraulic hole and controlling hydraulic pressure of the regular direction, and sleeves(32) converting flow channel. Plural holes of flow channel formed to make flow channel flow to the sleeves of the damper valve a spool(31) is installed to the active damper valve for a hydraulic suspension. One variable orifice for converting or opening and shutting flow of fluid is formed. Therefore damping force of a wheel is generated in the jounce movement and the rebound movement. The active damper valve for a hydraulic suspension includes a control valve(36) connected with the upper and lower end of the sleeves and controlling hydraulic pressure, and a displacement sensor(37) connected to the front end to sense the position of the sleeves.
