<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-priced gypsum building material which originally has convenience, thermal insulation property or the like and further displays excellent deodorizing property by catching and holding volatile organic compounds generated from a formaldehyde adhesive, in particular, formaldehyde being a typical substance and aldehyde or the like caused by smoking even when the formaldehyde adhesive is used in building materials such as plywood and assembling of furniture or the like.
