PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for realizing observation by a non-invasive method for observing the fine structure of skin or tissue similar to it in vivo, especially, with accuracy equal to that obtained by a destructive or invasive observation method in vitro. SOLUTION: This device for observing the fine structure of the skin or the tissue similar to it in vivo is equipped with a confocal microscope (1) equipped with an appropriate illuminator, a rotary disk (6) generally known as a Nipkow' s disk, where a reduced-diameter hole is formed, a high-sensitivity image receiving device (8) and an immersion lens (2), and is equipped with a contact end member (11) put on the skin. At least, the lower part of the lens (2) is engaged with the end member (11), which has a central aperture part (13), and the peripheral part of the central aperture part comes into contact with the skin, then they are attached to realize relative moving in an axial direction between the end member (11) and the lens (2) as a whole. |
