PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device, a process cartridge and an image forming apparatus without a toner seal and to unnecessitate an opening work of a toner seal. SOLUTION: The developing device with a development roller 20 to develop a latent image formed on a photoreceptor drum 7 by using a toner, a developer application roller 21 to be abutted on the development roller 20 and to apply the toner, a development container 10 to store the development roller 20 and the developer application roller 21, a developer container 11 to store the toner and to supply the toner to the developer application roller 21 is characterized that the elastic members 30, 31 are provided to the development container 10, the elastic members 30, 31 are abutted on the developer application roller 21 and arranged so that the developer container 10 and the developer application roller 21 are hermetically sealed. |
