To this end, the managing center server 1 comprises a viewing log gathering part 11 which gathers the viewing log recorded on a terminal device 3 through a communication network 4 in a batched manner and an advertisement information providing part 12 which automatically distributes the best advertisement contents for the viewing long and the terminal device 3 is composed of a viewing log recording part 33 which records the viewing long showing the reproduction state of the package media or broadcast media and a viewing log transmission part 34 which mails the recorded viewing log at a log gathering request made by the server.
