APPARATUS FOR DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING CHOCKS OF WIDTHWISE ROLLING ROLL AND ROTATING THE ROLL

PURPOSE: An apparatus for disassembling and assembling chocks of a widthwise rolling roll and rotating the roll is provided to improve productivity by using an appliance capable of simply and easily disassembling and assembling the chocks of the widthwise rolling roll during disassembling and assembling of the chocks thereof. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for disassembling and assembling chocks of a widthwise rolling roll and rotating the roll comprises a body(9) the other side of which is projected higher than one side of the body(9) that is fixed to an area where the roll is disassembled and assembled; a resting stand(13) which is installed on an installation stand(10) fixed onto the bottom surface of one side of the body(9) movably back and forth by a hydraulic cylinder(14), and on which a lower chock(3) of the roll(1) is rested; a resting stand(12) which is equipped on the upper surface of the other side of the body(9) that is separated from the installation stand(10), and on which an upper chock of the roll(1) that is fixed movably back and forth by a hydraulic cylinder(15) is rested; a rotation power part(7) having a driving motor, the driving motor is fixed to the rear side of the body(9) between the resting stands(12,13) perpendicular to a length direction of the body(9); the body of revolution(17) rotated by the rotation power part(7); and an upper cover(8) having a support member, the support member supports the outer circumference that is fixed to the body of revolution(17) and is installed so that the support member is vertically rotated by a cylinder rod.
