Insulator (5) of the particles (6) generated between the articulation components which are in for example in the hip endoprosthesis head (3) and acetabular component (2), consist of one membrane (5) which is fixed to the head (3) and to the acetabular components (1 and 2) so that articulating space is hermetically insulated from the surrounding endoprosthesis components (2 and 4) and from living tissues, preventing so particles (6) to penetrate in surrounding tissues and around the endoprosthesis or to be disseminated. |
