PURPOSE: A piston cooling jet of a vehicle is provided to cut down expenses, and to improve the productivity by cooling plural pistons at the same time with the single piston cooling jet. CONSTITUTION: A piston cooling jet for a vehicle is composed of an oil supply pipe(10), a check valve assembly(20), and a nozzle pipe(30). The check valve assembly consists of a housing, a plunger moving according to pressure of engine oil from the oil supply pipe, a spring installed in the plunger, a cap supporting the spring, and a fluid chamber compensating viscosity according to temperature of engine oil. The check valve assembly is moved into an oil pan(60), and nozzle pipes are formed according to each cylinders. Engine oil is supplied with connecting pistons to nozzle pipes, and plural pistons are cooled simultaneously with the single check valve assembly. The productivity is increased, and expenses are reduced.
