PURPOSE: An aiming gear structure of a vehicle head lamp is provided to prevent the abrasion of a guider and an aiming gear and carry out the precise aiming by the precise gear engagement by adding a rib to the inside of the aiming gear. CONSTITUTION: An aiming gear structure of a vehicle head lamp includes a driver(15) fixed to a side surface of a housing bracket(20), an aiming gear(17) mounted to an end of a driving screw(16) mounted at a lower end of the housing bracket, and a rib(18) attached to the inside of the aiming gear for guiding the precise securing and the rotation of the driver.
