<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a film from being scraped or cracked and its dust from being brought at the time of forming by laminating a dense-colored polyester resin layer to thin-colored polyester resin layer, both containing specific wt.% of color particles, and controlling the fraction of voids to a specific range as a whole. SOLUTION: A laminated sheet 1 is formed with a metal sheet 2 and an oriented thermoplastic polyester resin layer 3. In this case, the oriented thermoplastic polyester resin layer 3 is formed with a dense-colored crystalline polyester resin layer (A) 4 containing at least 10 wt.% of color particles and a crystalline polyester resin layer (B) 5 containing at most 20 wt.% of color particles whose concentration is lower than that of the resin layer (A) 4. Further, the void fraction represented by the formula of X=100-100×ρ×1/(ρp)×(1-C /100)+1/(ρt)×(C/100)}, whereinρp,ρt andρeach represents the density of resin, a colorant and a film layer, respectively, and C represents the concentration of a colorant, is controlled so as to be 0.1-10 vol.%.</p> |
